Bellissimo Academy for Music and Arts Inc. (BAMA) is a premier center for music and arts education, dedicated to cultivating a vibrant community of passionate music enthusiasts. Our esteemed faculty consists of highly qualified educators and accomplished artists, all of whom have graduated from renowned institutions such as The Juilliard School, the Royal Conservatory of Music’s Glenn Gould School, and the University of Toronto.
At BAMA, we are deeply committed to fostering a passion for music, encouraging creative exploration, and providing rare opportunities for both personal and musical growth.
We are currently hiring piano, violin, theory teachers for part-time and full-time positions. Applicants must possess a genuine love for music, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility when working with children.

Our Role
Each year, BAMA proudly presents faculty recitals, offering students the exceptional opportunity to perform alongside these distinguished artists. Selected students may also collaborate directly with faculty members in special performances. Additionally, we partner with the International Aegio Piano Competition and the BAMA International Music Festival, which provides our students with the extraordinary chance to travel overseas, gaining access to world-class masters, performances, cultural experiences, and the opportunity to perform with an orchestra.

Become A BAMA Teacher
We need in-person piano, violin, theory teachers to teach at our academy in Richmond Hill. We are looking for passionate musicians and teachers to join our wonderful friendly team of music enthusiasts in providing quality and inspiring education to young individuals with a strong passion. We value a fun yet challenging experience for students for musical growth and passion.
Positions: Piano Teachers, Violin Teachers, Theory Teachers
Location: 175 West Beaver Creek Rd Unit22, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 4C4
What We Are Looking For
Education
Requires a bachelor’s degree in music, teaching, and/or any other relevant certificates.
Experience
Preference of at least 1 year of teaching and/or working with kids
Additional Preferences
Organizational and management skills: Providing consistent quality education and to provide personalized lessons to students’ accordingly
Versatility: Time flexibility to fulfill students’ needs and can adapt to teaching students of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced musicians.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with students and parents.
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching. Friendly and easy going nature as we are like friends at the academy :)
Language: Must speak English. Bilingualism is a plus.
Location: Must Live in the GTA or Toronto area.
What You’ll Do

One on one teaching

Provide high-quality piano instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.

Develop and implement personalized lesson plans.

Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Prepare students for recitals and performances.
Schedule
Looking for Part-Time or Full-Time Teachers.
Our working hours are as followed:
Weekdays: 3pm-9pm
Monday: Closed
Weekends: 8am-9pm
Offering permanent positions and day-time shifts.
Pay
Negotiable starting from $25/hr - $50/hr depending on skill and experience.
Additional Important Information
Probation
Usual 3 month probation period. Possible raise after probation period depending on student and family feedback. We value our customer experience and the quality education our students receive. As long as you are passionate and dedicated to supporting our goals for our students in a consistent and professional manner, a raise is negotiable after probation.
